True Lynx – Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between True Lynx, LLC (“True Lynx,” “we,” or “our”) and the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) for digital marketing services. This Agreement becomes effective on the date of the Client’s initial payment and remains in effect until modified or terminated according to the terms below.

 

1. Scope of Services & Outcomes

True Lynx provides digital marketing services on a month-to-month basis. Deliverables are defined by the package selected and confirmed in the Client’s welcome email.

  • Service Cycle Delivery: To ensure quality and strategic impact, all package deliverables are completed within each 30-day service cycle. While True Lynx ensures the full scope of the purchased package is delivered, the specific timing of these deliverables (e.g., on-page optimizations, cyclical content updates, or authority building) is fluid to allow for optimal performance and strategy.
  • Performance Disclaimer: True Lynx utilizes industry-recognized SEO strategies and best practices intended to enhance online visibility and search performance. However, search engine rankings, traffic, and other outcomes are influenced by factors outside of True Lynx’s control, including changes to search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions. Accordingly, specific results or timelines cannot be guaranteed, and outcomes may vary.

2. Payment, Deliverables, & No-Refund Policy

2.1 Service Commitment & Accountability True Lynx is committed to professional excellence and the full execution of all contracted strategies. We guarantee that:

  • Full Execution: All specific line items, deliverables, and labor hours outlined in the Client’s chosen service plan will be completed within the designated 30-day service cycle.
  • Quality Standard: All work, including AI recognition improvements and site health maintenance, will be performed according to industry-standard SEO best practices and the specific strategy agreed upon during onboarding.
  • Transparency: The Client will receive regular updates or reporting detailing the labor performed and the progress of the campaign.

2.2 Payment, No-Refund Policy, & Deliverable Verification All True Lynx services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required.

  • No Refunds on Labor: All payments made to True Lynx are for professional labor, strategy execution, and dedicated specialist time. Once labor has been initiated for a service cycle, all payments are non-refundable.
  • All Sales Final: All sales are final for SEO labor and digital marketing services. No partial or full refunds will be issued for any reason, including “change of heart” or perceived lack of immediate results (as SEO is an iterative, long-term process).
  • Deliverable Accountability & Verification: True Lynx guarantees the completion of all contracted labor. Work completion is documented via internal service records, which serve as the final authority on labor performed. If the Client believes a deliverable was omitted, they must provide written notice within five (5) business days of the cycle end.
  • Dispute Resolution: Upon notice, True Lynx will provide verification of completion via summary reports or service records. Any verified clerical omission will be remedied by completing the specific task; a verified omission does not entitle the Client to a refund, credit, or cancellation of fees.

Invoicing: Every invoice sent to the Client will include the following footer: “No Refunds on Labor. All Sales Final. True Lynx is committed to the completion of all contracted service items for this 30-day service cycle.”

3. Cancellation Policy & Mandatory Process

To cancel services, the Client must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the intended end date.

Mandatory Cancellation Requirements: To ensure a valid cancellation and a professional transition of assets, the following process is required:

  1. Written Notice: Client must submit a written intent to cancel via email.
  2. Exit Consultation: For a cancellation request to be valid, the Client must complete a scheduled call with their dedicated Account Manager. This call is necessary to confirm the final status of deliverables and the transfer of account access.
  3. Final Cycle: True Lynx will complete all services scheduled for the final 30-day billing cycle. No further billing will occur once the 30-day notice period and the exit consultation are complete.

4. Ownership of Work

All work created by True Lynx on your behalf—including but not limited to websites, content, graphics, and SEO work—is 100% owned by the Client upon full payment.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment to True Lynx, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement. Payment serves as legal consideration and full acceptance of the 30-day service cycle delivery model, the mandatory exit consultation for cancellations, and the non-refundable nature of professional labor.

6. Modifications

True Lynx may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Clients will be notified of any material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of services after such notice will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
