These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between True Lynx, LLC (“True Lynx,” “we,” or “our”) and the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) for digital marketing services provided by True Lynx. This Agreement becomes effective on the date of the Client’s initial payment and will remain in effect unless modified or terminated in accordance with the terms below.
True Lynx provides digital marketing services on a month-to-month basis. The quantity and scope of services depend on the selected package, which will be outlined in detail in the Client’s welcome email and any subsequent summary emails. These communications will serve as the official and binding record of services to be rendered under this Agreement.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Website Management & Design
Full-service design, development, ongoing updates, and website fixes based on client needs.
Technical SEO & Audit
Optimization of website speed, structure, crawlability, and technical foundations to meet search engine best practices.
Complete SEO Strategy
Keyword research, on-page SEO, competitor analysis, backlink building, and monthly content creation (e.g., blogs, FAQs, service/location pages), based on keyword intent. Includes analytics setup and performance tracking.
Local SEO & Listing Management (If included in package)
Google Business Profile optimization, citation cleanup, and local listing maintenance.
AI Live Chat (If included in package)
24/7 AI chat widget to engage website visitors and convert traffic into qualified leads.
Email & Social Media Marketing (If included in package)
Bi-monthly email campaigns and 8–10 custom social media posts per month.
Reporting & Strategy Updates
24/7 access to real-time dashboard, keyword tracking, traffic analytics, bi-weekly updates, and monthly reporting.
Dedicated Support
A dedicated account manager, monthly check-ins, and continuous support.
All True Lynx services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. Clients may scale services up or down, pause, or cancel at any time with proper notice (see Section 3).
To cancel services, the Client must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the intended end date. This allows True Lynx to complete all remaining deliverables and ensure a smooth transition.
This policy ensures proper delivery of all outstanding work (e.g., content, link building, reporting) and proper account closure.
All work created by True Lynx on your behalf—including but not limited to websites, content, graphics, SEO work, ad campaigns, emails, and social media materials—is 100% owned by the Client upon payment. True Lynx retains no ownership rights to any deliverables, assets, or intellectual property created under this Agreement.
By submitting payment to True Lynx, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement. Payment serves as legal consideration and full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
True Lynx may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Clients will be notified of any material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of services after such notice will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
